What you should be told after having a baby

Don’t live with leaking

  1. If your stomach still looks like you are pregnant, it's likely a result of ab separation. Don't worry though,

  2. Leaking when you move, laugh, sneeze is not normal and is not something you just need to live with. Pelvic floor rehab can significantly elevate the symptoms

  3. Back pain, achy body, just a part of mum life now? NO! Core rehab along with targeted mobility and release can tackle this

  4. Pressure or bulging in your vagina or anus is often a sign of prolapse. Recovery is possible!

  5. Your body has lost its ability to connect like it had pre baby which is why you can feel disconnect and a lack of control. With core rehab you can reconnect with your body.
